I am a Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting seniors and their families across Greater Vancouver. My work focuses on guiding individuals through the often emotional transition from a long-time family home to the next stage of life, with care, clarity, and respect.
My professional approach is shaped not only by training and experience, but also by personal insight. When my own parents moved from their large family home into an independent-living residence, I witnessed firsthand how overwhelming it can be to sort through decades of memories while making major life decisions. That experience deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to ensuring every transition is handled with dignity and patience.
In addition to my real estate practice, I serve on the Board of Directors of a respected local Seniors Housing Association and Care Home, giving me ongoing exposure to the operational, care, and housing realities faced by older adults. I also maintain close working relationships with a range of seniors housing providers throughout the region, allowing me to offer informed guidance that extends beyond real estate alone.
I understand the financial, legal, and emotional considerations involved in later-life moves, and I work collaboratively with families and trusted professionals to ensure decisions are made thoughtfully and at the right pace. My goal is to provide steady, compassionate support while helping seniors move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
