Thank you!

I’ve been meaning to write this letter for some time, yet due to life’s many challenges it is just now that I’ve found the time.

Last year you helped me sell a house in Richmond as well as purchase both a townhome and a condo.

I want to thank you and congratulate you for you dedication and professionalism. I have dealt with and known many realtors in the past 20 years and I must say you out preform every one of them hands down.

I clearly remember the first day I met you. I was in my garage tinkering and you walked up and introduced yourself. A cold call if you will. That introduction made me think to myself, “this guy is a work horse who isn’t afraid of pounding the pavement and getting dirty in order to do his job”. I liked that.
As I got to know you throughout the subsequent 18 months I became more and more impressed with your demeanour, your knowledge, experience and most of all your ethics. You are extremely honest, truthful and treat everyone you deal with equally. Some people believe maintaining a high level of honesty and ethics puts one at a disadvantage. You’ve proven the opposite. I’ve seen you press an advantage in order to get your client a better deal and because you do so in a respectful and honest manner you achieve results.

Speaking of results. You helped me sell my house in record time for a record price well above asking and above my expectations and hopes. You were there for me every step of the way. From the de cluttering and myriad of small details and repairs through to the staging, photo shoot, floor plan detailing and marketing. Your open houses were a piece of cake and brought immediate offers.


Throughout all of it you were always a phone call away. Every single time I called you answered. And I must’ve called you a hundred times. I never got your secretary, I never got a voice mail, I always got you. I still don’t understand how you always answered the phone. Good job.

Your expertise with sifting through the offers and making counter offers so as to maximize the final sales price was irreplaceable. I know you got me more money than I could’ve got otherwise.


Thank you Jim for being the best at what you do. I couldn’t have done it without you.

You really came through for us. As my wife said, “Noso, he ain’t no no show”. You definitely showed up and brought your best game to the table. Thanks again.
